Cancellation Policy We appreciate that sometimes you may need to change your appointment. As we have many patients who phone hoping to get a last minute space, we need you to give us 48 hours notice for a treatment so that someone else may visit in your place. If 48 hours notice is not given, the full fee for the treatment will be charged. If you are running late, we may not be able to perform the full treatment; however, you will be charged the full fee.
